Introducing....Wriinkle Shorts!

 

Welcome back, we gave you a week off over the holidays and we're back with some changes.. good changes.

We always say that we encourage everyone's feedback and we've acted on some for the new year. Lots of you have said it might be an idea to release Wriinkle Podcats at the start of the week so that you have nice new eps to get into your working week- so that's what we're doing, episodes will now be released on Monday mornings.

BUT

Each Thursday you'll get a Wriinkle Short. We'll pick out one of our highlights from the upcoming episode and talk about why we've chosen it. 

This week our guest, nutritionist and personal trainer Joe Neill, talks about how he encourages lots of smaller lifestyle changes for his clients instead of drastic diets, killer training sessions etc. It's all about sustainability and we discuss how we're trying out this incremental style of improvement in other areas of our lives.
