So many people have listened to #014 and sent so many messages of support, questions and feedback to both us and Zach.
One of the parts that seemed to resonate with so many of you was where Zach was talking about when he first managed to foster a Flicker (small contraction) in his thigh by consciously trying to send signals from his brain to his legs.
Off the back of that we’ve been talking to Zach about Neuroplasticity and looking into what it’s all about and how is can be harnessed to create positive changes to your brain and it’s function.
I’m no expert so this is purely an introduction for those of you that haven’t got round to looking into neuroplasticity.
