In this one we're discussing meditation and how we’ve been trying to get into it recently.
I’m prone to drowning myself in anxiety from time to time, I’ll also find myself struggling to ‘live in the moment’ – like even when I’m having the best time, I’ll think about the future and just get stressed for no reason.
I also find myself worrying and feeling proper sad about things that haven’t even happened – things like how I’m going to deal with losing the people I’m close to.
And I know meditation is the solution – but I’m finding it so hard to get to grips with.
I have a conversation with Joe about how his approach to meditation has been formed and what his understanding is of it all.
