In this edition of WROL Broadcast we debut our Raid Tier List! This list was created with all levels of the game considered and not strictly meant for "End Game". We will be doing this less frequently than monthly, as this list doesn't change that often. Tier list criteria listed below (plus image).

How the Tiers are loosely broken out:
Tiers:
S-Tier: This is the best tier. Characters in this tier you often will bring without being boosted, and are irreplaceable if boosted
A-Tier: These are great characters, can often be brought without a boost, and can replace 3x or 5x characters in many situations, or be brought when you are missing bonus characters.
B-Tier: These toons are solid, must be at least 2-3x boost to justify bringing, will often lose a pick to unboosted S tier or boosted A-tier.
C-Tier: Requires x5 to justify bringing, will lose a pick to boosted A-tier, and possibly B-tier.
T-Tier: These characters may be your only options at 5x at times, but generally even boosted, aren't worth bringing
