Penguin - The order I would likely recommend early would be 4,1,3,2,5 --- don't hold me to that though as not enough play testing has been done to really feel confident on it. I have some videos if you check out the YouTube version that show him being the reason I won the match with his shields proccing over and over.

If you are only L2 and don’t see yourself getting any more shards for a good while, 4 and 1 might be better, but otherwise I would do 4,2,2,1,3. Best with a healer. Really like HJGL, Mera, Bane, and DoJ or MJ. Or Enchantress, Steppy/Superman, Bane, and MJ.

I can’t argue with that logic, and agree that can be an extremely powerful build, esp if you want him to be an “all around character.” My order would be 5,4,1,2,3 with him ideal at L4 but fully usable at R5.

REWORK PLEASE TIER:
- Joker, Clown Prince: May deserve to be here, not sure yet, will likely know next episode.
- Black Adam - Not a terrible character and does ok AOE damage, but other that, he brings nothing to the team.
- Yellow Lantern Sinestro: Much stronger than he used to be. I'm tempted to put him higher but while his debuff is good against MJHQ and he can be tough to kill if you get some enrages thrown around, he still is a character most agree needs a rework.
- Chemo: Yes, he is decent now on bleed teams but still missing a little to be decent. Doombawkz really likes him, but I think he needs that rework "tweek" to be a character people feel are worth the time and resources to gear out.
- Jessica Cruz: I took her to g11 and she still hits like a wet noodle. She just needs a little bit. I could have started her in my next list but she straddles the line. She was the old Deathstroke but doesn't get the strength ups!
- Blue Beetle: Low damage unless buffed up, he might have a place in a few teams, but other debuffers seems better and don't start off so weak.
- Black Canary: She has some neat utility, but other characters do it better. She also is a bit on the slow side with too little damage to be a threat when there are so many physicals that outclass her. She could be an awesome character with a few tweeks.
- Shazam: I like his overall kit, but he just dies too fast to be a mystic tank, esp in this physical heavy meta. He is also in need of a rework.
- Swamp Thing: He at least saw some use for Deathstroke revive fodder!
- Joker, Damaged Goods: Still the absolute worst character in the game.
