Veteran educator and principal of Evergreen Elementary School in Pennsylvania, Amy Otts-Sack, was fired from her position after posting a series of conservative memes on her personal Facebook page. Otts-Sack has since hired a lawyer to sue the Perkiomen Valley School District to get her job back as well as $500,000 for “emotional turmoil” she has been put through. Otts-Sack’s lawyer, Francis Alexander, says that no matter how political or controversial Otts-Sack’s posts were, it is illegal for the school board to fire her. Is it? Is this wrongful termination? Both Amy Otts-Sack and her lawyer Francis Alexander join Dan this evening to discuss what has unfolded there in the Keystone State.
