As we near closer to the holiday season, I’d like to talk to tell you a story about regret, self-reflection, and the power of giving. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it is filled with family, friends, and gratitude. In fact, this whole time of year is special because it brings out the best in people. Whether you’ve had a terrible year or the best year of your life, you’ve had a year; there are people who didn’t get that luxury. Time is not guaranteed and should not be taken for granted. I hope I can encourage you with this story to spend your holiday season focusing on spreading kindness, positivity, and making giving louder.
