Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it is filled with family, friends, and gratitude. In fact, this whole time of year is special because it brings out the best in people. Whether you’ve had a terrible year or the best year of your life, you’ve had a year; there are people who didn’t get that luxury. Time is not guaranteed and should not be taken for granted.
