Today, we’re discussing the Lindsay Clancy case - an incredibly complex and heartbreaking case that has opened up difficult conversations around motherhood, postpartum mental health, and the support available to women and families.
We’re joined by Candy, a licensed counsellor, who helps us navigate the mental health side of this conversation and offers her professional perspective throughout.
You’ll hear us stumble over our words at times. You’ll hear the nerves and emotion in our voices. This wasn’t an easy episode to record, and we didn’t want to pretend that it was.
Our intention is not to make assumptions, pass judgment, or tell you what to think. We simply wanted to have an open and thoughtful conversation about a devastating case and the much bigger conversations surrounding it.
