What in the world happened in Kansas City the night of January 7, 2024?
How did a friendly gathering of (apparently) 5 people to watch a football game, end with 3 of the men dying mysteriously in the backyard. In Freezing temperatures. In the snow. 1 without his jacket.
The men went undiscovered for 48 hours until one of the men's fiancée came over and, after breaking in with no response from anyone, she goes around back and see's one of the men deceased on the porch area. She immediately calls law enforcement.
Remember, it had been 48 hours since anyone had contact with any of the men Eventually, police make contact with the homeowner who had been asleep for all of those 48 hours.
At first, according to everyone(the families, homeowner, atty), there was just the 4 men referenced in everyone's story. Then, out of Nowhere, a 5th man who had tried to stay anonymous the entire time lawyers up and comes forward. Now, we have this 5th attendee of the party. Why didn't anyone bring up this person?
From the very start of this investigation the police have been Adamant(!!) that this was NoT a criminal investigation of any kind and was not being looked at as a homicide. This really ticked off the families and everyone is speaking out!!
We are waiting on the toxicology reports so the cause and manner of death can be determined.
Why are police so certain that nothing criminal happened? What do the families think about what what caused their loved ones deaths? This episode is everything we know so far. An update video will be done after the toxicology results and cause/manner of death are announced.
