In this first episode, I define Man Shopping.  I tell you what you can expect from this podcast going forward.

Man Shopping should be a fun activity in your free time, not a full-time job.

When I was newly separated, I couldn't find a podcast that spoke to me.  The advice was for younger women or was being given by married people or therapists giving old, expired married advice. 

I'm not a dating expert, coach or guru.  I'm going to tell you my stories and experiences.
I'm here to tell you the truth.  I'm sharing my authentic stories, unfiltered and REAL.  

I didn't have very many divorced friends at the beginning of my divorce.  I want to be your single girlfriend going through life with you.

I tell my marriage and divorce stories.  After surviving two tumultuous
marriages and divorces, I've come out on the other side HAPPY and still OPTIMISTIC.  I'm proud of where I am today.  After the heartache and self-discovery, I'm finding joy in my life everyday now!
