Summary: This is a bonus assignment I did for my History of Radio & Television class... it's my first ever fic, please be kind. It's written roughly in the style of a typical Night Vale broadcast; Cecil observes Scully and Mulder's investigative shenanigans, yadda yadda yadda. Basically this is me experimenting. Enjoy my stupidity!
