Dr. Monica Taylor is a Professor and Fieldwork Coordinator in the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, in the College of Public Health at Temple University. As the Chair of the Delaware County Council, Dr. Taylor has spearheaded the effort to create a County Health Department, which launched in April 2022.
