May we ask God to help us grow in faith and hope as we trust in Him! Let’s remember that we are His children and He loves us dearly. This knowledge helps us to live obedient lives – walking in His love and grace, and boldly representing Him as we shine His light through our lives. (Jude 1: 24-25)

May we be still in God’s presence today as we invite Him to shine His light upon our lives… To cross-examine and test our hearts and minds, and to get a clear picture of what we are about… To reveal what is hidden within us – our wrongdoing, or anxious thoughts… And then let’s trust Him to guide us back to His glorious, everlasting way – the path that leads us back to Him - the path of endless love and perfect peace! (Psalm 139:23-24)

Let’s remember that through prayer and by immersing ourselves in God’s Word, we can remain firmly rooted and grounded in our Lord. He is faithful and we can hold on to His truth and promises over our lives. May we ask our Lord to fill us afresh with His Spirit of peace which surpasses all understanding – so that we may be the peacemakers He created us to be. As we draw closer and closer to our Heavenly Father, may we blossom and bear fruit in every season and through all circumstances. (Jeremiah 17:7-8)

May we grab hold of every opportunity to make a difference in the world around us, by focusing on the beautiful and wonderful things in life. May we see opportunities instead of problems. May we be wise, positive, hope-filled children of the Light, because we stand victorious in and through Jesus.

 “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is”. (Ephesians 5:15-17)

Let’s pray bold prayers this week… Prayers that activate our faith in our Lord’s ability to do the impossible. Let’s ask our Heavenly Father to restore and fill us with His joy and peace that truly transcends all understanding. Let’s look up with gratitude; fixing our eyes on Jesus and His promises; and trusting that His goodness and faithfulness will see us through life’s ups and downs. May we be so full of Him that the fruits of His Spirit in us are evident to those around us – as we serve and love them! (Philippians 4:6-9)

May we remember this week, that God is faithful as we walk in alignment with Him. He does answer our prayers in His perfect timing. He truly is our place of refuge and strength! May we fix our eyes on our eternal source of Hope, Joy and Peace – Jesus our Lord and Saviour. He  gave His life so that we can be set free and have an intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father. May we, through the help of the Holy Spirit, boldly share Him as our source of eternal hope, joy and peace with those around us. (Psalm 121)

May the prayer of our hearts for this week be: Lord, help us to live in Your unfailing love every day! Help us to establish our feet on The Rock that is the truth of Your Word. Help us to obediently trust You with all our concerns – grateful to know that our lives have been purposed and planned by You. Revive our hearts and renew our minds as we put our hope in You, Lord Jesus. Thank You for loving us and showing us how to love others. Help us to be Godly friends – shining Your light into a dark and desperate world. Father God, thank You for the new life You give to us through Jesus. Amen. (Psalm 85:6-7)

This week, let’s trust our Lord to help us remember that we are part of a story that is so much bigger than us. May we be grateful that His love for us is truly unconditional. For God, nothing is impossible; and all things are made beautiful in His perfect time. May we ask our Heavenly Father to help us live out His Truth – His Word being reflected in our lives. As we keep our eyes focused on Jesus, may we be living water – flowing to those around us. (Jeremiah 32:27)
