WWDC 2020 Brings Big Apple Ecosystem Changes

Listen Later

This Week in Marketing #6.

Apple's yearly World Wide Developer's Conference is held as an online exclusive for the very first time in three decades. Apple users are set to see new Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple watch software upgrades later this year with some of the big changes including: MacOS Big Sur, iOS and iPadOS 14, as well as WatchOS 7.

Some big changes include pinned and thread conversations in Messages, the introduction of App Clips, which load a small part of an app experience within seconds to complete a specific task, Scribble with Apple Pencil which allows users to write in any text field and convert that script to typed text, and finally Search on iPad is getting a major overhaul, enabling users to start a search from anywhere (including within apps).

Nick and Chris also discuss news within their own agencies, Kowala Creative and Revcarto.
