Mayor Mike Duggan and Police Chief Todd Bettison are launching a new summer safety plan in response to a rise in teen violence and curfew violations. The initiative includes stricter enforcement and increased penalties with existing curfew laws, pre approved police overtime, community outreach, and targeted efforts to prevent juvenile shootings and protect residents as summer rolls on.
