Being ready to share your faith with others at any time means having a right heart with God, a gentleness and respect for the other person, keeping in mind the results might come later on, and keeping in God's will living a godly life.

Having a good conscience means let the Holy Spirit of God be in control of your conscience.

The blood of Christ purges your conscience from dead work to serve the living by reading and applying God 's Word.
