The gals meet up on the porch and proceed to regale themselves with tales from past episodes.  We find out that Byron likes Alicia's stories, Alicia goes for unintentional humor, and the frozen chicken leg popsicle story just won't die....

We hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it.  There are some sightly disgusting food stories and the audio was a bit iffy in places, but we have good hearts, won't that count for something?

The "fragile blossom of Southern womanhood" aka Byron, has been twisting her behind & twerking to Earth Wind & Fire.  Alicia finds a photo for her obituary. Discussion topics include, pillowcase embroidery, finding community on the porch, & how humans will be judged in 20000 years.  Byron knitted throughout the recording (she's getting ready for Yule).  They talk about their next roadtrip & the first Wyrdling live chat coming this Tuesday.  We find out that Alicia & the Manions are finally getting their band back together after 10+ years for a one night only trip to funland.

We greatly appreciate your interactions with us, comments, suggestions, shares, & the excellent casserole recipes!

It Doesn’t Look Like Soft Porn to Grandma - Wyrd Mountain Gals

The gals recorded this episode on the porch on the day of the fall equinox, & you can hear the satisfaction in their voices now that the summer heat is mostly gone.  Byron sounds positively mellow & laid back.  (Wait a minute...what? Does she have a fever?)   The conversation flows easily, touching on many topics--> old pets, newspaper clippings, food, storing recipes, weather signs, & that tine 2 gals stole something from the porch.

We hope you enjoy this episode! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing :-)
