We introduce Mel O'Sullivan another one of the WYWM Associate Instructors supporting Data Analysis. Mel shares her journey from becoming from adaptive multi disciplined Business, Data and RPA Analyst to now RPA Developer. Country raised, Army logistics trained.  Come and hear her story!

A Home Squads Story of a military family member out of the workforce for over 10 years who found a new career in data!  Listen to Christine's story of her journey of conquering her fear of being comfortable and reaching outside this and finding her story in analysing data!  Christine shares her story of transforming her knowledge from zero to hero on excel!  We welcome Christine to our Associate Instructor program, a military family member now giving back to the wider military community!

Our host is back talking to some military veterans that have joined the WYWM mission to help the military community reach their potential into the tech industries.

This episode is an interview with two Australian veterans that both went into the Automation Industry with two very different backgrounds and services. One Navy Veteran Chef turned Automation specialist now working for the Australian Government building their Automation capability. 

The other an Army veteran who went from a 19 year service in RAEME then LWOP re-skilled into the Automation industry and now returned to Army to assist with their automation capability build out.

Meet Joshua Vogel, one of our new employees! After college, josh found he didn't have a purpose and burnt out. He made a change and found a recruiter for the Air Force, and eventually found his way to the Navy where they had a job for him. Joshua has now found a job in the civilian workforce.
