In this episode, Chris welcomes Darrell from the PG Spoilers podcast to discuss one of his
favorite comic book arcs (and our first Marvel book), “X-Men: X-Cutioner’s Song”. This is the
first major X-Men crossover event after the infamous “X-Odus” that saw such creators like Jim
Lee and Todd McFarlane leave Marvel to form Image Comics. When Cyclops and Phoenix
are kidnapped - and a former leader of one of the X-teams seemingly assassinates
Professor X - the X-Men, X-Factor and X-Force go to war...with each other!

Unbeknownst to them, this has all been orchestrated by one of their major villains to
seek vengeance against Apocalypse by pitting him against a new villain Stryfe. Can all
the X-teams put aside their differences in time to not only find the truth behind this plot
but also save the life of their mentor.
