Video games take on a life of their own in X Dare!
Such a super fun book! It reminded me of READY PLAYER ONE but in the Young Adult arena. PK Hrezo does such a great job of setting up the story and keeping the pacing fast and fun. I was engaged the whole way through. I loved Xavier, his family, friends, and the way he worked through the video games. Perfect for both adults and young teens too.

Liked the whole thing, I enjoyed the connection between the world's. Great creatures and characters.Can't wait for the second one.

Before even finishing this book I loved it. It made me want to know more and actually look up things from the book to get more info. I was intrigued. I felt like i was reading a book, seeing an anime and playing a game all in one! I had to stop to make dinner for my family and I and I was fidgety to get back to the book. I cannot wait to finish! (yes it was so good I had to stop and write down its amazing-ness before finishing!)
So I finished and omg. The characters are amazing and intricate, so much personality. The story-line interesting and unique. The twists and turns the unexpected hits you from beginning til the very end. My only complaint is that I want more!!!!

A fun read with interesting characters and plenty of plot twists. X is a video game master who fears nothing when it's in cyber space. In reality, he's scared of almost everything. When he meets a man who offers him a unique gaming consul, X can't pass up the challenge. He puts all of his fears aside and plays the game-- which pulls him into another universe.
