This week on The Marvelists, Peter and Eddie conclude their stay at Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters with a discussion of 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand. Often criticized for its loose adaptation of the Dark Phoenix Saga (to the point it’s getting retold in 2019’s X-Men Dark Phoenix film), the guys give their thoughts on the much criticized film.

X-Men: The Last Stand is directed by Brett Ratner and stars Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Famke Janssen, James Marsden, Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, Anna Paquin, Kelsey Grammer, Shawn Ashmore, Aaron Stanford, Vinnie Jones, and Ellen Page.
