Trump is working on another ceasefire with Russia. Marcron and Trump announced the mission is not to remove Assad. The coalition is not making lists of the IS paid mercenaries, the lists are also being compiled of those who were involved in this agenda.

U.S. House Appropriations Committee passed an amendment to de-authorise the AUMF, If congress passed this amendment the deep state will be cut off in the middle east.
