About Danielle Robertson
Danielle Robertson was CEO of DIAL-AN-ANGEL®, Australia's only national group specialising in Home and Family care and support services for all types of care.
After almost 29 years in the family business (17 years working in the business and 12 years at the helm of DIAL-AN-ANGEL), after a transition period, Danielle exited the business when it was acquired by Nextt Health in September 2014. Danielle’s areas of expertise include health care, aged care, disability care, retirement living, childcare, executive mentoring, family business, and medico legal costing, assessments and court expertise. After navigating DIAL-AN-ANGEL through accreditation for NDIS and Consumer Directed Care (CDC) she has a broad and comprehensive understanding of the industry and the relevant, and often complicated, Government legislation associated with it. Having worked for the largest provider of in-home care services in Australia, she has significant hands-on experience managing the day to day operations as well as the strategic board level negotiations. Danielle is offering her 34+ years extensive experience to the care industry, offering assistance to quality care service providers, financial advisors, accountants, lawyers and private clients. Navigating the Aged Care system to obtain the right care solutions and outcome for the client is Danielle’s main driver.

Trent is a recently retired Major Leaguer and World Professional Baseball Player and Silver Medal Winner at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Trent and I delved into a deep conversation about how he worked through some difficult times in his sporting life, his mindset around things he wants to achieve and how he’s pivoting his business and life to fit into the new world post Coronavirus.

Recently retired Major Leaguer and World professional baseball player; Trent Oeltjen co-founded NxtGen with the goal of making a positive difference in the lives of aspiring young ball players and their families along their journey to achieving their baseball dreams. From the World Baseball Classic to winning a silver medal in the 2004 Athens Olympic Games to succeeding in the Major Leagues you name it, Trent has achieved it! Trent is one of Australia’s most celebrated baseball players with a professional career spanning 14 years. Trent played Major League Baseball for the LA Dodgers 2010-2012; Arizona Diamondbacks in 2009 as well as represented Team Australia at numerous international events, including winning a Silver Medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics and The World Baseball Classics, which he hit .500 and led his team to wins over top teams likeTeam Mexico.
Trent has first hand knowledge and experience of what it's like to be in your shoes and what it takes to not only reach the pinnacle of the game but remain there over a sustained period of time. Trent believes one of his biggest assets along his journey to reaching and expanding his full potential was the team he surrounded himself with. Fred Schebesta is an award-winning business leader, best known for co-founding one of the world’s leading comparison websites, Finder.com. He is a serial entrepreneur, author, media commentator, mentor and active member of the startup, crypto and small business communities. Fred ranks 22nd on the 2019 Australian Financial Review Young Rich List, worth $193 million.
Fred is now leading Finder’s venture capital arm, Finder Ventures, which launched in 2018 and with it, launching HiveEx.com, a cryptocurrency brokerage.
His entrepreneurial journey started well before Finder.com. At just 22 – while still at university – Fred, together with his business partner and school friend Frank Restuccia, created Freestyle Media. They grew the business into a successful digital marketing agency that sold to a publicly listed company in 2007. Their next venture was finder.com in Australia, which exploded into the comparison market in 2009 – one of the most highly competitive internet categories. Finder.com was born out of a simple concept: to educate people and directly compare student credit cards. About Maz Compton
What started out as a passion for music and entertaining, gloriously landed her a dream job as a VJ with MTV. Maz was the original host of its flagship show Total Request Live (TRL). During her 5 years with MTV, Maz travelled the globe attending music festivals and interviewed pretty much every celebrity including her girl crush Sandra Bullock, super producer and hip hop star Kanye West, from the biggest bands including Coldplay, Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers to pop icons Lady Gaga and Katy Perry and Aussie stars Wolfmother, Guy Sebastian and Margot Robbie. Back in Australia she anchored the MTV Video Music Awards and ARIA Red Carpet Specials and was nominated for most popular female presenter in 2008.
