Xenorama, the Podcast of Heroes and Monsters

In which X7 talks about a beautiful cartoon movie, The Little Prince and the Eight-Headed Dragon (1963)! It tells the story of the young storm god Susano fighting the Yamata no Orochi. Eventually. It wasn't the first version, nor was it the last, but it gets quite exciting at the end. And it is quite gorgeous! Let's roll!

In which X7 talks about one of the earliest rock and roll musicals from 1956, Rock Rock Rock! The music is great! The story, well, it is there, sorta. It isn't bad, as long as you don't want anything great. Let's rock and roll!

In which X7 reviews three more episodes of Land of the Lost season 2, one of which is quite fascinating, and the other two are good. You'll have to watch and find out which ones he is talking about! Let's roll!

In which X7 reviews a book he has had in his library since 1995 or so (he guesses, it has been a minute). This book, Muscles, Myths, and Movies, was one of the first comprehensive books about the peplum genre. It is well written, with fun and information abounding. Let's review!

In which X7 takes on the task of reviewing the 1967 Italian superhero flick, Goldface, the Fantastic Superman! He's good, but not quite fantastic. Be that as it may, it is fun to see a movie mostly shot in Venezuala. When will that happen again? Let's roll!

In which X7 once again laments the armor for our Avengers United They Stand characters. Yeah, we know. But he does keep it in check this time- surprise! We would also like to see more Tigra, but that probably isn't gonna happen in this series. Let's roll, or... Assemble!

In which X7 talks about a movie he thought was very funny in the mid-70s, My Son, The Vampire! Now... well, he tries to make it sound a bit fun. We are not sure he believes it either. Still, it does sound like it has funny moments. You tell us in the comments!

In which X7 reviews one of the two best ninja movies, Five Element Ninja (1982)! One of Chang Cheh's greatest 80s movies, it is wall to wall action! It is also over the top bloody, but in a way that one can't take too seriously. Let's roll!

In which we get seven more great songs on this Friday, the 22nd of August in 2025 CE. A few of them are from movies, one of which was really popular and won't be a surprise to anyone! Let's rock and roll!

In which X7 talks about two pretty great episodes and one that features... fishing... of The Land of the Lost! Season two mostly continues to entertain! Let's roll!
