Summary: The first time he kisses her, he feels sixteen again with

weak knees and sweaty palms, standing on her parents' porch

instead of a hospital waiting room on New Year's Eve. He can

hardly believe he's doing this out in the open where anyone

might see, where ER security cameras are no doubt capturing

the moment for all eternity.
