XFL Local Defenders Podcast

It's the XFL offseason - but the NFL season is right around the corner. We have a VERY special gues on the episode today, Matt Parrino, Buffalo Bills Beat Reporter for Syracuse.Com. Matt host my favorite podcast, the Shout! podcast with co-host Ryan Talbot.

Matt dives into the day-to-day life of covering the NFL beat, giving a behind the scenes look at how your favorite NFL teams are covered. And of course... you get some insight into the Buffalo Bills.

This episode was recorded a couple months ago - but between a new baby (and lost audio files) we haven't been able to get it out until now.
