今天我們要講的故事是摩西的故事。
還記得約瑟一家搬到埃及，過了好多年，他們生了很多孩子，以色列人變得越來越多，新的國王覺得約瑟的子孫人太多，於是壞心的法老王就命令接生婆，只要發現以色列人生了男孩，就要把他們殺死或丟在河裡，只有生女孩的才可以留下來。
接下來會發生什麼事呢？一起來聽下去吧！

Do you remember how Joseph's family moved to Egypt? After many years, they had many children, and the Israelites became more and more numerous. The new king felt that Joseph's descendants were too many, so the wicked Pharaoh ordered the midwives to kill or throw into the river any boys born to the Israelites, while only girls could be spared. What will happen next?

小羊們還記得約瑟被哥哥賣到埃及，還被關進監獄嗎？約瑟雖然被關在監獄，但他還是每天禱告讚美神，也沒有抱怨神，在監獄裡，一切都很順利。
Do you remember that Joseph was sold to Egypt by his brothers and was put in prison? Even though he was in prison, Joseph prayed and praised God every day without complaining. Everything went smoothly for him in prison.
The story tell us, we should learn to listen to God’s words and love one another as brothers and sisters.

Joseph was born in Haran, Mesopotamia, to Jacob and Rachel. When he was six, his family moved to Canaan and settled in Hebron. Jacob, showing special affection for Joseph, who was born in his old age, gave him a uniquely crafted garment. This favoritism sparked jealousy among his brothers, particularly those born to Jacob's other wife, Leah. The tension grew when Joseph shared two dreams in which he was depicted as ruling over his family. In the first dream, the brothers' wheat bundles bowed to his bundle. In the second, the sun, moon, and eleven stars, representing his parents and brothers, bowed to him.

以撒娶了個妻子，名叫利百加，他們生了一對雙胞胎兄弟。
哥哥叫以掃，弟弟叫雅各。以掃很喜歡戶外活動，是個出色的獵人；雅各卻喜歡安靜地留在家裡。哥哥以掃不看重長子的名份，但弟弟雅各卻十分重視⋯。
Isaac married a wife named Rebekah, and they had twin brothers. The elder one was called Esau, who enjoyed outdoor activities and excelled as a hunter. The younger one was Jacob, who preferred staying quietly at home. Esau didn't value the birthright, but Jacob highly esteemed it.

舊約聖經中記載，亞伯拉罕在他一百歲，即撒拉九十歲的時候生了以撒。當上帝的使者告訴撒拉，她將老年得子時，撒拉不相信地笑了，因此有了以撒這個名字。
上帝為了要考驗亞伯拉罕的信心，命令亞伯拉罕將以撒獻為燔祭。亞伯拉罕遵從上帝的旨意，但就在他要殺死以撒的最後一刻，上帝的天使阻止了他。當以撒四十歲的時候，他迎娶了利百加。
The name Isaac, which means “he laughs,” was derived from his parents’ reaction when God told Abraham that he, at 100 years old, and his wife Sarah, at the age of 90, would have a son Isaac. 
Many years later, Isaac was taken by his father up a mountain where Abraham, in obedience to God, prepared to sacrifice him. 
After Sarah death, Abraham sent one of his servants to find a wife for Isaac from their clan, as Abraham was determined his son should not have a Canaanite for a wife. Abraham’s servant prayed to have success in finding a suitable wife, and God directed his quest. When he was forty, Isaac married his cousin Rebekah

還記得神曾經用洪水毀滅世界嗎？
但後來諾亞的後代，人變得越來越多，人們又開始不聽話了！只有一個叫亞伯蘭的人，願意聽神的話！
God tells Abraham to depart his homeland for a land that he would show him, ensuring to "make of him a great nation, bless him, make his name great, bless those who blessed him, and curse "him" that curses him."

Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything-all she had to live on." 
寡婦用她僅有的餐食費用，全部奉獻給神，金額大小不重要，重要的是虔誠和奉獻的真心意。

No matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value in God’s eyes. To Him, you will always be priceless.
