Truly loving yourself means looking in the mirror and recognizing that sometimes the one creating drama and chaos in your life is your own damn self. Your job is then pointing at those parts in the mirror, picking up on your bad habits, asking yourself where they are coming from, and holding yourself accountable for the mess they may have created. The self-love part is doing all of this with gentleness, kindness, and ease. It's reminding yourself that you can work on things that are wrong in your behaviour, while also maintaining that there is nothing inherently wrong with you. In this episode, I dive into one of my bad habits: gossiping. I get into how I'm actively trying to stop gossiping, form meaningful relationships that are not rooted in gossiping, and how letting go of this bad habit has made me feel happier and more aligned. xoxo, gossip girl.
