Sharing the list of tasks I do to start each week organized and on track!

This week, I’m talking about how getting specific with your KPIs and goals, and focusing on non-revenue goals can help support and grow your success! Of course having sales and revenue goals is great, and the feeling of meeting and exceeding those goals is amazing. BUT, having other goals can help you identify and solve challenges with your business and take you to that next level!
