Craig Peters, the voice of horse racing in South Africa, has watched over 500 000 races and commentated on over 25 000 races in a career that started out in the mid 1970's. 

Yet to this day, he remains driven in his never-ending quest to prove himself, day in and day out, as the best in the business. 

Craig is a shining example of what it means to dedicate oneself to honing their craft. The art of horse racing commentary is like no other sport. There is no down time, no stoppages in play or television reviews. Once the horses are on their way, it's up to Craig to take the viewer, patron and punter alike, on a journey.

As an Italian growing up in Africa, the bushveld bug bit Julian hard and fast. Since flying back to South Africa the day after completing university in Rome, Julian has dedicated his life to nature. His personalised safari tours, named Blackfoot Safaris has deep rooted significance in his date with destiny in rearing these wonderful cats through necessity. 

My takeaway was one of awareness and mindfulness around the approach taken by Julian with respect to his awareness of every trace he may leave behind in his daily dance with the African bush.

What struck me most about my discussions with Brandon is gaining insight into what happens between tournaments. I think, us as spectators and as fans of the game, we only generally have access to our favorite players from Thursday through till Sunday, and we tend to forget what these players go through
in terms of logistics and I think it takes a big toll on these players.

After this episode you will have a new-found respect for the processes that a professional golfer has to go through!
