In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve Grubbs, the founder of VictoryXR, a platform that allows students to learn and interact in the Metaverse. VictoryXR offers immersive classrooms and campuses through virtual reality, where educators can utilize 3D objects and other interactive features to teach a variety of subjects. Since its founding in 2016, the VXR team has won the Global Education Innovation of the Year award and has become a leader in the field of immersive education.

During our conversation, we discussed Steve's background and his vision for the future of education, as well as the potential of the Metaverse as a learning platform. We also talked about the hype surrounding the Metaverse and whether it's truly the future of education or just a passing trend. We also touched on the cost implications for students, including the need for Metaverse-compatible gadgets and the potential for financial barriers to entry.
