Diese 365. Episode von "XtraChill" ist meiner Großmutter Katharina Schneider gewidmet, die am 21. Februar im Alter von 100 Jahren und drei Monaten verstorben ist. Und dieser Trauerfall lässt den lieben Andreas auch ein persönliches Statement zum Krieg in der Ukraine abgeben.

Neben diesen traurigen Ereignissen dreht sich die aktuellen Folge heute, am 15. März 2022, aber auch um Musik - denn trotz aller politischen Verwerfungen ist dieser Podcast in erster Linie dazu da, seine Hörer zweimal im Monat eine Auszeit zu gönnen - in diesen schwierigen Zeiten ist das um so wichtiger. Lasst Euch entführen in neue, podsafe Electronica-Welten, die hoffentlich dafür sorgen, dass ihr gewohnt erstklassig abschalten könnt - und sei es nur für eine knappe Stunde!

This 365th episode of "XtraChill" is dedicated to my grandmother Katharina Schneider who passed away on February 21st at the age of 100 years and three months. And this bereavement also allows dear Andreas to make a personal statement about the war in Ukraine.

In addition to these sad events, the current episode of today, on March 15th, 2022, is also about music - because despite all the political upheaval, this podcast is primarily there to give its listeners a break twice a month - in these difficult times that's more important than ever.
