However, being lonely makes people stressed. It is as bad for health as smoking. The study says that social media can help to bring people together and make them feel less lonely. But, just watching other people on social media is not good for our well-being. We need to spend time with friends and family to be happy.

People all around the world feel the same. The lead researcher of the study said that people do not really know what makes them happy. The study shows what is most important to people. We can make ourselves happier. We just need to text, have coffee, and meet often.
