For 2 decades, many people from the Philippines have been working as teachers serving foreign clients to improve the said language skills. But little did we know about where it all started. In this episode, I sit down with Ms. Florence Rivera, a core founder of 51Talk and former HR Director of goFluent, two of the leading ESL teaching companies in the country. In our session, we talked about the start of her ESL Teaching journey up until she reached her highest position.
