Todays episode is a conversation with Yael  Simon LLM, a global philanthropic strategist with over 20 years in the UK, Europe, Israel and abroad. She specializes in funding development, strategic leadership and advisory services with private family offices, high net worth individuals, governmental bodies and non-profit organizations.

Yael comes with expertise in international funder collaboratives, strong global networks, philanthropic field analysis, research, and development. Her approach is multi-faceted, providing transparency, accountability and ownership of philanthropic causes through a compelling narrative. 

 Yael has dedicated much of her career to research and field development of economic expansion in key regions through Europe, and the Middle East . She is also a writer and public speaker, having appeared at many conferences and events all over the world.

She is a passionate advocate for workforce development, sustainability, climate initiatives , mentoring female entrepreneurs; leadership; and social justice. Yael was named by London’s Mayor  as one of the top 400 women who “Make London Great” and has organized many events to promote women’s leadership.

 Yael holds a certification from the London School of Economics in Business, International Relations and the Political Economy, an LLM in International Business Law specializing in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing and has recently completed a Masters in Organizational Leadership at Said Business School University of Oxford with a focus on AI in Philanthropy.

 She currently lives in London and is married with 7 children.
