Nechama is a freelance writer, Chassidus teacher, host of the “A Path Forward” podcast, and a devoted mother. She is deeply passionate about making connections between Judaism, emotional well-being, and current events, which lay the foundations for her writings and teachings. Chassidus, (Chassidut, Hebrew) refers to the teachings and philosophy of the Chassidic movement, a spiritual and mystical approach to Judaism that began in the 18th century with the leadership of Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov. It is both a way of life and a body of thought that emphasizes connection to God, joy, and the sanctity of every aspect of existence. ⁣

Today’s episode features my younger sister, Aviva. The baby of the family, and youngest of five. That’s really the only place she’s the last in, because shes the hardest worker and over achiever I know. Aviva holds a position as senior manager, compliance program in US and Canada for Crypto.com. Last year Aviva completed her law degree, and passed the bar, while working full time.

She’s volunteered her time for the Uncontested Divorce Project, advocating for under privileged women in under served communites. Additionally, she sat on the board for ORT, and their  now younger chapter, Next Gen.
