Hello lions of leofinance, and hivians. As part of my submission to the leofinance adoption campaign, I will be talking about the tera blockchain in this video. The terra blockchain like bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains is a standalone blockchain that deals with stablecoins and is a payment platform.

Terra unfortunately crashed in May last year with a lot of speculations as to why that happened. The reason everyone seems to agree with is the Anchor borrowing and lending platform that involved giving huge returns to users that lended their UST to the protocol.

Big investors tried to take advantage and people who already made huge profits took their profits. This caused the price of Terra to go down and LUNA followed suit.

Big data is huge amounts of data that cannot be processed and is difficult to strode through the traditional storage means or softwares for storage and processing. Big data is characterized into; volume, variety, variety, velocity and value.

Volume here means the amount of big data collected, variety is the different sources of the data, variety is the uncertainty related to data and the value is the useful form of the data. Velocity refers to how fast the data is collected, processed and stored.

Big data technology is the technology used to store and process these big data that cannot be done by the traditional software mechanism. Operational and analytical big data are the types of big data technology.

I give examples of these types in the video.

Crypto wallets are often misunderstood as saving cryptocurrencies but that’s not actually the case. All they do is save the private keys of the user. The cryptocurrencies are on the blockchain and when the user wants them, they access the keys through the wallets and they can perform transactions with them.

You choose a crypto wallet based on your preferences like a few I have stated in the video. Decide what’s best for you choose the best cryptocurrency wallet for you.

Greetings hivers, I'm making my entry to the contest; "how hive has impacted your life". Being here for not so long, I am glad to talk about my personal progress on the blockchain and how it has helped me outside of hive.

I have a wider scope of knowledge than before. I have acquired knowledge on finance, cryptocurrencies, business, economic, among others.

Market competition is the allowing many businesses be in competition with each other to produce quality goods and servi to customers. Good market competition is needed to promote a nation's economic growth. A nation that promotes uncompetition in markets by favoring one business over others does not lead to positive economic growth.

In a market where is there competition, no one business controls the market and the prices of the goods but rather the consumers are in control of the market prices.
