This is the climax of the book in Act 3 where we see the two decrees of Hamaan and Mordacai enforced. However, the winner of the decree is the winner of the eternal battle between the seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent. We see here that God will indeed bring His people to the heavenly city through ironic reversals by raising the greater king through the seed of the woman.
