David's guest is author Minter Dial discussing his new book, "You Lead". Minter details his vision of a new kind of leadership based on personality and authenticity. He tells us how a leader needs to do the hard work up front to create a realistic vision of who he wants to become to gain the trust of his employees and customers alike.

David helps a neighbor with a printer and learns that he doesn't know as much as he had thought but manages to get the job done.
