We continue our conversation on establishing good rhythms to start of the semester well. What makes a good rhythm? Where do we even start with creating those good rhythms? Jasmin and Alex discuss!

We have talked a lot about different spiritual practices from different types of prayer to solitude to our Hearing God practices of meditating on scripture, listening prayer and spiritled encouragement. But how do we put it all together to practice in our daily lives? Today we introduce the idea of a common rule - rhythms and ways of ordering your life that orient you towards God. 

As we wrap up the Hearing God session with the practice of spirit-led encouragement, we gathered the interns together to talk about their own experiences with the practice.
