Hey friends, are yall good? This episode one that comes with some heaviness. As I've been scrolling through my timelines I've been seeing a lot of "Rest in Peace" post and I just want to make sure that yall are good and monitoring you mental health. I also want to make sure that you all are giving yourselves time to grieve in private and fully. I know that this is not easy, as I have also lost two people who I care about back to back and have found myself in a state of reflection and intention.  With that, I would like to dedicate this episode to a former student of mine, Zariyah and a childhood friend and cousin, Lil Kenny. I love you both and continue to rest peacefully.
