Yamaha is the world's largest manufacturer of a full line of musical instruments from pianos and strings to drum machines and synthesizers. They have a long history of innovation but are now driving some of their product development strategies by engaging their customers in ideation. Ben Israel, the R&D Planning Manager at Yamaha, will be sharing his experience of leading the synth product team to crowdsource innovation in an R&D department at Yamaha.
