Beal is more jolly this episode than Gamby for good reason. The Red Sox won the home series at Fenway this past weekend against the Yankees and Beal sure is proud of his Red Sox. Michael Wacha pitched a gem and Rafael Devers must be paid. Beal isn't satisfied just yet though as he is predicting a 5-2 week for the Sox and a subsequent wild card run. Gamby and his Yankees, although winning the division, have a lot of work to do to regain confidence in the fanbase. The guys finish this podcast with AL Wild Card predictions.

The Red Sox went 3-4 and the Yankees go 1-5 this past week. Despite not being able to nominate players of the week for their team's since both teams had losing records; the guys are hopeful for the week to come, ahead of a Red Sox vs. Yankees weekend series. It is make it or break it week for the Red Sox! Throughout all the losing for them there is happy news though; Jacob Degrom is back. Furthermore, the guys bring you back to a prediction segment from the beginning of the year that has come full circle. From there, the show closes out with predicting what will unfold with the 3 team race in the Al Central between the Guardians, Twins, and White Sox. Beal and Gamby disagree with their picks so it's another chance for Gamby to tie the season series of predictions. 

July has come and gone and the Yankees general manager Mr. Brian Cashman has treated the end of July like Christmas morning. The Yankees and their fans have reinforcements coming in with an All-star outfielder, an All-star pitcher, and two relievers already joining the league's best team. It's exciting, Gamby's excited, and you know what that means; it's time for the Yankees to break his heart. Beal on the other hand has seen his Red Sox stumble into the trade deadline and they find themselves sellers at the deadline as they sit last in the vaunted AL East. Beal thanks Christian Vazquez for everything he's done for the team and even though things may seem down and out; Beal makes a compelling argument for the Red Sox to go 7-0 this week against the Astros and Royals. 

Following a somber episode of Beal in agony over the Sox and Gamby in pain after the Yankees can't seem to beat the Astros; we have a nuance episode of our stadium reviews of the ballparks we got the pleasure of visiting this past weekend. Beal went to Fenway Friday and Saturday and Gamby visited Camden Yards on Saturday. The guys both describe their individual experiences, stadium's atmosphere, the area around the ballpark, and interesting stadium features. However, the guys do something very original as Gamby grades Fenway Park based on Beal's description and Beal grades Orioles Park at Camden Yards based on Gamby's description.  

Hello and welcome back to another YYSO podcast. Today, Beal and Gamby list the top 3 guys that they want to see in their team's uniform after this year's trade deadline (August 2nd). Beal has a shocking 3rd selection and Gamby is out for revenge with his 2nd selection. The guys are also joined by Timmy Beal who helps predict the Sox and Yankees record for this week. The Beals' don't agree with their predictions, but there is no doubt that the week coming back from the all star break can make or break the season. Teams can create momentum or lose enough to make their front office want to trade the whole team. 

Gamby and Beal's teams went head to head this weekend and the team that's known for wearing pinstripes came out on top. 17-3 was the combined score this weekend and heading into the all star break one team is the best in the league and the other has a worse record than the Phillies. Beal is fed up with all of the injuries, questions the lineup, but praises the one bright spot in his squad Jeter. Not that Jeter, it's Jeter Downs. Gamby on the other hand is warily confident as the Yankees failed to win a series against the Reds this week. To finish out the show, the guys make their predictions on the Derby and the Summer Classic. Both guys take the AL to win their 9th in a row; however Beal takes Alonso to win back to back to back while Gamby takes Soto.
