AK Okubs is a CPA, CPT, father of two beautiful daughters, a project manager at amazon...and in the most amazing shape of anyone I have ever met. AK is someone I have followed and admired for years, since before I was in high school and to have the opportunity to bring him onto the podcast and share his philoshophy on life, disicpline and goals has been nothing short of amazing. We speak about everything from his journey into fitness to goal setting, the science of habit, learning to say no, and so much more. This episode is chalk full of actionable advice that can be implemented into anyones daily routines, and I am confident that we were able to provide some deep value for anyone of any age.

Say goodbye to the starving artist stereotype, and help me usher in a new era of artists who are equal parts adventurers, expressionists, entrepreneurs and technicians. In this episode I had the opportunity to talk to one of my favourite artists and good friends Rudra Manani as we explored her journey from high school to university to the real world and what she learnt about finding her voice as an artist, making a living and finding her niche as a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on photography and painting. Rudra's more works focus on themes of identity, voyeurism, and appropriation with her more recent focus on the appropriation of Hindusim in the Self Care industry and I can confidently say I have learnt a great deal from her journey and her art.

What does it take to lose 100 pounds, go from zero idea of what you're interested in to becoming a double intern at Google for Software Engineering and junior consultant at McKinsey & Company, all while developing the work ethic to carry an almost 4.0 GPA in an Eng/Business double major at one of Canada's most prestigious universities? How does one make the decision to trust themselves and commit to improving your life when you're not where you want? These are just some of the questions we discuss in Episode 2 of the #YANR podcast with my younger brother Aradhya Bansal as we discuss his journey in life and what we've learn about making the conscious decision to be better including actionable tips, tricks and motivations.

In episode one I speak to my brother Saarthak Kumar about the difference we've learnt through our lives between schooling and education, the pro's and con's of a traditional education vs experiential learning and how we could improve the current education ecosystem by looking to the past for lessons.
