We all face loneliness - whether we want to admit it or not. When I'm feeling lonely I do three things: 
- Self Care 
- Be Vulnerable 
- Find My Purpose (Heyyyyy Jesus!) 

And okay, fine sometimes I wallow in self pity - but let's pretend I don't. Give episode 3 a listen and let me know what you think! 

One thing I have ALWAYS struggled with is my body image. It's something I have to continuously give over to God.
