As you may know, every afternoon after work, I attend a well-known dance studio here in my town called Alejando Dance, which offers classes in joropo, salsa, reggaeton, and many more for girls. In the afternoons, they offer dance therapy classes to exercise and tone the body. This time, I'll be showing you a little bit about one of my dance therapy routines.]

I feel very happy when I dance, as it is such a beautiful art form that I am completely in love with, and what I like most is that dancing also works as a way to train and tone the body.]

Hello to the whole community #Hive and @fulldeportes 👋🏻 today I am very happy to join this wonderful community dedicated to one of my favorite things, sports and physical activity, since the first time I started to see content from this community I really liked it and what better to show you also my content related to exercise since I am a big fan of being in movement and activity for health and wellness.

I am Yasmin Manaure graduated in administration, currently in the mornings I work in the department of medical records of the Hospital Doctor José Rangel of my hometown Villa de cura and in the afternoons I work as a secretary at the national basic school Teresa Carreño also in my city, I have always loved physical activity and the healthy world, I love spinning, soccer, function routines and what I love most in the world dancing, I also love hiking and contact with nature as it helps to reduce stress levels and promote wellness but sometimes because I leave my work late or too tired in seasons I am not very consistent, because in my work I spend most of the time sitting I had to go to the doctor who has recommended me to do physical activity constantly as it helps to relax the cervical area and Colunga.

As I told you I love hiking and doing different exercise routines, spinning as it has many benefits for the body, and dancing is wonderful so every afternoon I attend an academy here in villa de cura called Alejando Dance where we run us dancing and learning dance steps, this helps to clear the mind, release stress and do what I like the most dancing which also has multiple benefits for our body.

I want to start my first video with a homemade cardio routine which helps a lot to burn fat and tone my body, I start this routine with 5 minutes of warm up doing spinning and then continue with a routine followed without rest and then perform standing sit-ups ending with a little relaxation breathing, in the video you can see better the routine.😘

Hola mi querida comunidad de #hive y @espavlog👋🏻 El día de hoy les traigo un post que me apasiona mucho que se trata de un Batido Rojo (Rubi) Es un jugo con muchos beneficios para nuestro organismo, preferiblemente se toma en ayunas ya que sus propiedades aportan energía al cuerpo. Para así hacer las actividades diarias con vitalidad, también funciona de inmediato para la caída de cabello.

Les cuento que yo por motivos de estrés se me callo mucho el cabello a pesar algunas vitaminas seguía de igual manera con la caída del cabello hasta que comencé por iniciativa propia a preparar mis batidos.Ya anteriormente en otro post que está en mi perfil les hable de mi batido (Esmeralda) les explico que los llamo asi por nombres de piedras preciosas por sus colores y lo valiosos que son para mí, vale destacar que mi hermosa hija se llama Ruby y mi hermana Esmeralda 🤭.

A muchas personas no les gusta el sabor de los vegetales o de algunas frutas, tales como el apio españa que tiene un sabor y olor fuerte, el jengibre que es un poco picante, lo ácido del limón, y así otras cosas.

En mi caso, mi familia y yo comemos muchos vegetales y aunque el apio españa es un poco fuerte tiene muchas vitaminas por eso lo usamos en el batido piña y pepino, al final da un sabor muy agradable y refrescante. Hace tiempo una doctora me recomendó este Batido para los procesos de la menopausia pero no lo había preparado, hasta que tome la decisión de hacerlo y adicional le agregué otros ingredientes para mayores beneficios en mi cuerpo.

Este batido es excelente para la salud en muchos sentidos, ayuda a limpiar el colon, es beneficioso para el hígado graso, mejora la caida del cabello, nos ayuda con la retención de líquido, yo actualmente estoy en un proceso de querer bajar de peso y este batido gracias a sus ingredientes desintoxicantes me ayuda a desinflamar mi cuerpo y aportar vitaminas a mi organismo completo.

Es importante recalcar que este batido no sustituirá el desayuno, de igual manera debemos comer nuestra primera comida.

Los ingredientes para mi Batido Rojo (Rubí) son:

Adicional(fresas o manzana roja)

Aunque lo único rojo es la remolacha, la fresa y la manzana de igual manera su color me encanta.

Es muy importante que cuando se prepare este batido sean muy pocas cantidades de cada uno de los ingredientes (pedazos pequeños) yo en lo personal ya los tengo picados en la nevera en pequeñas porciones listos para el próximo batido.

De esta manera llegamos al final de este post, se los recomiendo al 100% probar este maravilloso batido, a mi me ha funcionado tanto para adelgazar como para la caida del cabello, es inmediato el efecto y lo mejor es que su sabor es súper delicioso y refrescante. Hola mía queridos amigos #hive y de @espavlog👋🏻 Estoy emocionada de unirme a esta nueva comunidad, compartiendo con ustedes está maravillosa experiencia de lo que fue la actividad del camino de la cruz(Viacrucis) en la escuela donde laboro.

En mi pueblo de villa de cura somos muy creyentes ya que tenemos al santo sepulcro y la procesión es una de las más grandes e importantes en el mundo, ya que el día que el santo sepulcro sale de su casa en procesión llevado por mínimo 80 cargadores hasta la iglesia matriz y en la noche al regresar para nosotros son momentos sagrados y llenos de mucha fe,amor y devoción. Las personas que ofrecen promesas por alguna petición en específico al santo, el día viernes santo van y cumplen.

Para nosotros es de mucho valor contar con una imagen pequeña del santo sepulcro en la escuela, allí hacemos la representación del camino de la cruz dónde participan los estudiantes, personal directivo, administrativo, docente y obrero. En esta actividad oramos, cantamos y nos sentimos conmovidos porque es un momento de reflexión y de perdón por la dolorosa pasión de nuestro señor Jesucristo, es allí cuando le pedimos a Dios que tengas misericordia de nosotros y del mundo entero.

Al culminar el viacrucis todos sentimos gozó en nuestro corazón porque es el momento en el que Jesucristo resucita y con el nos llenamos cada día mas de fe y esperanza. Para nosotros es muy significativo y cada año nuestro santo sepulcro sale y llega a su casa de una gran multitud,se siente una energía muy positiva y maravillosa, yo estoy feliz de poder vivír está experiencia, los invito a que vengan y sientan toda la devoción que nos caracteriza como villacuranos.

In my town of villa de cura we are very believers because we have the holy sepulcher and the procession is one of the largest and most important in the world, because the day the holy sepulcher leaves his house in procession carried by at least 80 porters to the main church and at night to return for us are sacred moments and full of great faith, love and devotion. In this activity we pray, sing and feel moved because it is a moment of reflection and forgiveness for the painful passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, it is there when we ask God to have mercy on us and the whole world.

At the culmination of the Way of the Cross we all feel joy in our hearts because it is the moment in which Jesus Christ is resurrected and with him we are filled every day with faith and hope. For us it is very significant and every year our holy sepulcher leaves and arrives to its house with a great multitude, a very positive and wonderful energy is felt, I am happy to be able to live this experience, I invite you to come and feel all the devotion that characterizes us as villacuranos.

Hola querida comunidad de #Hive 👋🏻 Un gusto saludarles y desearles un hermoso día lleno de muchas bendiciones. Me alegra mucho poder compartir nuevamente con todos ustedes, el día de hoy les quiero compartir estás experiencias en la escuela en sonde trabajo en Villa de cura que en lo personal me encantan ya que en alguna ocasiónes me corresponde trabajar con los niños de 1er, 2do, 3ro, 4to, 5to, 6to grado de educación básica, alternando los días para atenderlos. Unas de las estrategias es conocerlos, saber si viven con sus padres, conocer sus gustos, miedos y su nivel académico para saber quiénes están más deficientes en cuanto a lectura, a conducta y emocionalmente vemos quienes están más desanimados, por falta de amor y de atención.

Cuando los evaluamos tratamos de que ese encuentro de los niños con nosotras las bibliotecarias sea divertido y ameno, nos colocamos máscaras de las danzas de los Diablos de yare 👹🕺🏻ya que la escuela conserva muchas temáticas de nuestro hermoso país Venezuela 🇻🇪, para comenzar la actividad con ellos es sensibilizarlos con lecturas muy bonitas entre ellas un ángel muy bellos que es mamá😇👩‍👦 y otra lectura muy bella en dónde hablamos de la presencia de Dios dónde explica que no somos nada sin nuestro padre universal. Allí ellos comienzan a interactuar y van leyendo y participando sin darse cuanta ya que estamos conversando y riendo.

Muchas veces ellos empiezan a expresar los temas que a ellos les gusta, es allí donde les facilitamos libros y ellos buscan historias de misterio que a muchos les encanta leer las leyendas del silbon, la dientona, la llorona y otras más que se encuentran en el libro cardenalito, terminamos disfrutando de las lecturas que ellos sin darse cuenta están reforzando su aprendizaje lector, los tratamos con mucho cariño y mucho amor, los aconsejamos de como comportarse de una manera correcta, de tener un buen higiene y un buen trato hacia los demás.

Hasta ahora nos están funcionando nuestras estrategias, pedimos a Dios que nos siga guiando para hacer el bien con el futuro de nuestro país.🇻🇪✨

Hola hermosa comunidad espero se encuentren todo bien, activos, felices, en prosperidad bajo la gracia de Dios. Hoy les quiero compartir como fue la apertura de la Navidad en Gym Park, como ya les eh contado estoy entrenando en las tardes para mejorar mi salud y bajar de peso. Después del entrenamiento nuestro entrenador nos regaló la sorpresa de el escendido de luces en este hermoso lugar donde bailamos, reímos, apareció santa encima del techo con su mochila lo cual nos pareció muy gracioso jajajajajaja, con la dueña de dicho lugar estuvimos en el compartir con galletas, refresco, y diferentes pasapalos.

Les cuento que son experiencias maravillosas las que vivo cada día que voy a Gym Park ya que me siento muy activa, nuestro entrenador nos motiva a que si se puede lograr tener resistencia física para así poder trabajar el cuerpo y llegar a las metas que queremos en cuanto a moldear nuestro cuerpo y bajar de peso.

De igual manera mejoramos en cuanto a nuestra salud, podemos respirar mejor, hacemos caminatas más largas, nos cansamos menos, el entrenamiento se nos hace muy placentero y cuando estamos allí en ese lugar nos olvidamos de todas nuestras preocupaciones y nos regalamos esa hora de cariño amor hacia nosotros mismo, cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Yo les recomiendo a todas las personas hacer alguna actividad que les guste ya que lo importante es que se sientan bien con lo que decidan hacer, yo en mi caso estoy muy motivada con mente positiva, con muchas ganas de seguir trabajando, de hacer cosas nuevas y no desmayar.💪🏼✨

Aunque sabemos que nuestro país está pasando por una situación económica difícil en Gym Park buscamos la manera se sentirnos bien, de salir adelante con lo poco o mucho que tengamos tratamos de sentirnos felices y agradecidos con Dios ya que en esta época de navidad celebramos el nacimiento de Jesucristo y personalmente me encanta esta época de reconciliación, amor, cantos, alegrías, regalos, esperanzas, y mucha fe de que el padre, hijo y espíritu santo no nos abandona.

Hello beautiful community I hope you are all well, active, happy, in prosperity under the grace of God. Today I want to share with you how was the opening of Christmas in Gym Park, as I have already told you I am training in the afternoons to improve my health and lose weight. After the training our trainer gave us the surprise of the lights in this beautiful place where we danced, laughed, Santa appeared on the roof with his backpack which we found very funny hahahahahahaha, with the owner of the place we were in the sharing with cookies, soda, and different snacks.

Our trainer motivates us that it is possible to achieve physical endurance so we can work our body and reach the goals we want to achieve in terms of shaping our body and losing weight.

In the same way we improve our health, we can breathe better, we take longer walks, we get less tired, the training is very pleasant and when we are there in that place we forget all our worries and we give ourselves that hour of love and affection towards ourselves, body, mind and spirit. I recommend to all people to do some activity that they like because the important thing is that they feel good about what they decide to do, in my case I am very motivated with a positive mind, eager to continue working, to do new things and not to faint💪🏼😘.

Although we know that our country is going through a difficult economic situation in Gym Park we look for ways to feel good, to get ahead with the little or much we have, we try to feel happy and grateful to God because this Christmas season we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and personally I love this time of reconciliation, love, songs, joy, gifts, hopes, and much faith that the father, son and holy spirit does not abandon us.

Hola mi querida comunidad espero se encuentren bien y activados💪🏼 Hoy quiero compartirles la preparación de una crema deliciosa y nutritiva para untar. Se trata de la crema de berenjena😋 a mi familia y a mi nos encanta ya que la comemos con arepa, con pan, con pollo, carne es perfecta para acompañar cualquier otro alimento, les recomiendo comerla por las mañanas o hasta horas de la tarde ya que aporta mucha energía y si la comemos en la noche muchas veces quita el sueño. Ya como les conté antes estoy en proceso para bajar de peso y la berenjena me aporta muchos beneficios.

Ya que me aporta energía para el día a día y en las tardes voy a entrenar por una hora y me siento muy activa. A continuación los ingredientes.

• Berenjena.

Preparación: Poner las berenjenas en la hornilla de la cocina hasta que estén ahumada, esperar a que enfríen y quitarles la piel, lavar muy bien los vegetales y luego por último licuar.

Cómo resultado final nos queda una crema espesa con un rico sabor ahumado, super divina de verdad que se las recomiendo al 100% y lo mejor que es muy rápido de hacer y muy económica.💵😋

It is the eggplant cream😋 my family and I love it because we eat it with arepa, bread, chicken, meat is perfect to accompany any other food, I recommend eating it in the mornings or even in the afternoon because it brings a lot of energy and if we eat it at night often takes away sleep. As I told you before, I am in the process of losing weight and eggplant brings me many benefits.

It gives me energy for the day to day and in the afternoons I go to train for an hour and I feel very active. Here are the ingredients.

Preparation: Put the eggplants on the stove until they are smoked, wait for them to cool and remove the skin, wash the vegetables very well and then blend them.

As a final result we get a thick cream with a rich smoky flavor, super divine, I really recommend it 100% and the best thing is that it is very fast to make and very economical.

***Para iniciar con este post les cuento un poco de mi historia.❤️ ***

Mi vida se basaba solamente en cuidar a mi familia y trabajar para ellos. Viendo que estaba subiendo mucho de peso y me sentí muy cansada, desmotivada y agotada ya que hasta tenía dolores en las articulaciones y me costaba a veces hasta levantarme.

Siempre eh Sido muy espiritual y le pido a Dios que guíe, que me dé sabiduría para llegar a estar donde quiero. Es por eso que investigando y hablando con amigas tome la decisión de amarme, cuidarme y motivarme en todos los sentidos, comencé haciendo un entrenamiento de una hora por las tardes un día de bailoterapia, una día de cardio, un día de aerobic y aquagim seguido de ello en las mañanas me preparo este batido Esmeralda el cuál lleva por ingredientes perejil, la mitad de un limon, una pequeña cantidad de jengibre, la mitad de un pepino( sin corteza), apio España y un vaso de te verde, despues de licuarlo lo tomo en ayunas.

Este preparado me aporta energía, limpia el colon ya que todos los ingredientes son antiinflamatorios, regula el azúcar en la sangre, mejora el estreñimiento, ayuda a bajar de peso y rejuvenece. Lo tomo por una semana y luego la siguiente semana tomo el batido Ruby (rojo) el cuál les estaré mostrando el el próximo post. 🍹🍃

Hello dear community I want to share with you my first video on 3speak! I hope you like it a lot and it will help you to motivate you to improve your life.💪🏼😘

To start with this post I will tell you a little bit of my story. ❤️

My life was based solely on taking care of my family and working for them. Seeing that I was gaining a lot of weight and I felt very tired, unmotivated and exhausted since I even had pain in my joints and sometimes it was hard for me to even get up.

I have always been very spiritual and I ask God to guide me, to give me wisdom to get to where I want to be. That is why researching and talking with friends I made the decision to love me, take care of me and motivate me in every way, I started doing a one hour workout in the afternoons a day of dance therapy, a day of cardio, a day of aerobics and aquagym followed by this in the mornings I prepare this smoothie Esmeralda which has the ingredients parsley, half a lemon, a small amount of ginger, half a cucumber (without peel), celery Spain and a glass of green tea, after blending it I drink it on an empty stomach.

This shake gives me energy, cleanses the colon as all the ingredients are anti-inflammatory, regulates blood sugar, improves constipation, helps me lose weight and rejuvenates. I take it for a week and then the following week I take the Ruby (red) smoothie which I will be showing you in the next post. 🍹🍃
