On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting in Prescott Arizona, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors voted to approve a motion made by Supervisor Oberg to, “Move to authorize termination of contract 2022-104 with CSC Holdings, a holding company for Altice USA Inc., for failure to provide an adequate response to the deficiencies notice issued by the County.” The Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to approve the motion.
