The Superior Court in Yavapai County is pleased to announce it will begin utilizing the Digital Evidence portal commencing this December. The Digital Evidence portal, made available by the Arizona Supreme Court, will provide a standard online solution for the submission, management, and storage of court case exhibits. The portal offers an efficient and electronic method for sharing exhibits among judges, attorneys, and litigants during virtual and in-person court proceedings.
