We had a great week at the MO Legion Baseball State Championship in Sedalia, MO. We are discussing the weekend and the Champs and looking forward to the 2023 Gateway Border War where the MO Legion All-Stars will take on the IL Legion All-Stars that has not been played since 2015. This will all take place at Busch Stadium. We have the STLYSO Cops vs Kids Home Run Derby coming up as well and we take a quick peek at the players we have coming to hit some DINGERS!! We're back and ready to go. In the competitive youth sports market there seems to be a disconnect. We believe that we paid our money to join a team so my athlete should be playing. We have shrunk roster sizes to accommodate this thinking as well. I believe this has affected the nature of competition and how we teach our young athletes how to compete.
